At Meta Tech Studios, we strive to provide high-quality web development services and client satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with our services, we're here to help.

General Refund Terms

~ Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available for specific services under certain conditions. Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been completed and delivered to the client’s satisfaction.

~ Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date. Refunds requested after this period will not be considered.

~ Communication: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@metatechstudios.com with a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.

Refund Conditions

~ Initial Consultation Fees: Fees paid for initial consultations are non-refundable.

~ Project Deposits: Deposits made for the start of a project are generally non-refundable, as these secure your booking in our schedule and cover initial project planning and administrative costs.

~ Custom Development Projects: Refunds for custom development projects will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed.

~ Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, refunds will be provided for any unused full months. No partial month refunds will be issued.

~ Maintenance Packages: Refunds for maintenance packages will be prorated based on the number of months remaining in the package, minus any work already completed.

Non-Refundable Services

~ Completed Work: Once a project phase or milestone has been completed and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued for that portion of the work.

~ Third-Party Services: Any third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration, software licenses) purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

~ Emergency Services: Fees for emergency or rush services are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of resources.

Refund Conditions

~ Request Submission: Clients must submit a refund request to info@metatechstudios.com with a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for the request.

~ Review: The request will be reviewed within 5 business days. We may require additional information or clarification during this process.

~ Approval or Denial: Once the review is complete, the client will be notified of the approval or denial of the refund request.

~ Issuance: If approved, refunds will be issued within 15 business days. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding our services or this refund policy, we encourage clients to contact us directly to seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be handled through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or change this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

  • Use of Collected Data: We will try to resolve your concern under our revision policy immediately or email you a refund request approval from our refund department. After the refund, your design rights would be obtained by Meta Tech Studios and you would not be able to display any version of the design sent by the Company.
